Langton's Ant
A cellular automaton where a simple creature follows two rules:
- On white – Turn right, flip color, move forward
- On black – Turn left, flip color, move forward
Behavior:
- Starts with apparent chaos
- After ~10,000 steps, builds a "highway"
- The highway extends infinitely
Extended rules use multiple colors (L=left, R=right)
